Kimble Staff,
My mother, my sister, and myself recently had the opportunity
to rent
your cabin "Lookin Up." There are not enough words or ways to
express
our gratitude for the kind excellent service we received from the staff.
There is not one complaint that comes to mind. The cabin was even more
beautiful than the pictures on the website. I was beside myself when I
walked into the cabin! I personally found it breathtaking! Much
nicer
than the cabin we had rented through another agency six months earlier.
We were very pleased with the service. Saturday morning, our washer
wasn't working. We reported this to the main office and within a
very
few short minutes, a maintenance person had arrived. We don't know
exactly how, but by Sunday evening, our washer was working once again.
Your staff is to be commended for outstanding service. It is this
quality that keeps customers returning to your agency time after time.
Our stay with Kimble was great! We will be renting through Kimble for
time to come. Many many thanks to each and everyone of you for you help
and kindness from making the reservations, throughout until our time to
leave. May God bless all of you! See you again soon!

We recently stayed with Kimbles and had the
best vacation so far. We used to stay with another company
but decided to try Kimbles because of some friends who always
said nice things. We will never go anywhere else. We stayed
at a cabin called Lucky Logs. Check in was fast and easy.
We had a problem with a tv and they sent someone out immediately.
The cabin was very clean and easy to get to. The girls in
the office made us feel right at home! We are looking forward
to our next stay!

Our family visits Pigeon Forge and the Smoky
Mountains at least once a year. We have had the occasion
to use several of the overnight rental companies for cabin
rentals in that area. We have been very pleased with the
properties and the service that we have recieved from Kimble’s
Overnight Rentals. In addition to cabins they also have condominiums
for rentals as well. Renting a cabin is a little more expensive
than a hotel room but in my opinion it can not be beat for
the privacy and the extra room that you have for a family
of four like ours. We also are able to save money by not
having to eat out three meals a day. The staff at Kimble’s
has always been friendly, professional and attentive to our
needs when we stayed with them. They have rentals in several
different areas in and around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg
as well so you can choose the location that serves you best.
There are very cozy private cabins for those who need to
totally get away as well as family oriented properties with
club houses and pools available in the summer time as well.

Me and my family stayed at a cabin from
Kimble Rentals. I would definitely recommend them. We stayed
in the cabin called "cabin on the hill." it was
beautiful, although it says it has a mountain view and
all we could see was trees. The cabin was very spacious
and had enough room for 2 families. Me, my mom, and my
two sisters stayed in the cabin with my aunt and uncle
and their two boys. The prices were great and the staff
was friendly.
